Luckeep is dedicated to providing a seamless and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timeframes, and terms.
1. Shipping Areas
We currently provide shipping services within the Contiguous United States. For shipping inquiries to Hawaii, Alaska, or international locations, please contact our support team at support@luckeepbike.shop for a custom quote and feasibility assessment.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We typically offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Freight Shipping: 5-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days (available for select products).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Luckeep is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Shipments
Luckeep is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we do offer Shipping Protection at checkout to cover such incidents. If you did not purchase shipping protection and your order was damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
If you have purchased Shipping Protection and your order arrived damaged or did not arrive, please contact us immediately at support@luckeepbike.shop with your order details and photos of the damage.
