Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Periods

This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable. The coverage periods are as follows:

• Frame: Two (2) years against structural defects.
• Battery & Motor: One (1) year against manufacturer defects.
• Electrical Components (Controller, Display, Sensors): One (1) year.
• Mechanical Components (Brakes, Drivetrain, Suspension): One (1) year.

2. What is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal use. Luckeep will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any component found to be defective within the warranty period.

3. What is NOT Covered

Exclusions from this warranty include, but are not limited to:

• Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, etc.).
• Damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance.
• Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or abuse.
• Modification of the product or its components.
• Damage caused by extreme weather conditions or natural disasters.
• Use of the bike for commercial purposes (e.g., rental, delivery).

4. How to Submit a Claim

To make a warranty claim, please email after-sales@luckeepbike.shop with the following information:

1. Your original order number.
2. A clear description of the issue.
3. High-quality photos and/or videos demonstrating the defect.
4. Your contact information and shipping address.

Our technical team will review your claim and provide a resolution within 3-5 business days. Do not ship any components back to us until you receive authorization from our support team.
